App Guide For Part-time Workers
(For Singaporeans,PR and foreign students in selected hospitality schools)
Important: You can only start receiving jobs once you have completed the following: (1) Add skills (2) Wallet set-up
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD APP & REGISTER
Download app, sign-up, upload your NRIC, résumé & certificates (e.g. Food Hygiene Certificate, Barista Certificate, and etc.) in order to for you to be authorised to receive jobs based on your work experience.
STEP 2: TAKE A SELFIE
Click on the profile logo, and then click on edit logo located on top right of the screen, then click on "Change Photo" and you may choose to take a selfie or upload your profile photo which will be seen by employers.
STEP 3: ADD SKILLS
We understand that you just don't want to receive any jobs based on your work experience. We will give you flexibility to choose which job type you want to receive by clicking "add skills" under skills tab and choose only the type of jobs you want to receive based on your experience.
No Experience? No problem. We will provide paid F&B training of $10 for 1 hour. Once training is completed, you will be authorised to receive jobs related to the training you've completed. Please email us at cs@anytimeanywork.com or call us at 82231930 for your training appointment.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
If you add skills that you have no prior experience with (that is not indicated in your résumé or uploaded certificates during registration), the system will not authorise you to receive the selected type of job. You may email us at cs@anytimeanywork.com to send proof of experience or should you have skills that you wish to add in your profile that is not available in the "add skills" selection.

STEP 4: WALLET SET-UP
You only need to do this once. Click on "Wallet" icon located in lower right of the dashboard, then click "Connect". You will be directed to Stripe payment system page and kindly fill up the following:
Create Your Stripe Account
Use same email and click continue:
Create your password > Enter your phone number > Enter OTP
Business details:
Type of Business: Individual
Click "Continue" and fill in your details or use SingPass.
Industry: Personal Services > Other personal services
Business website: www.anytimeanywork.com
Product description: Service Provider for hospitality business operators
then click save
Select Bank Account:
Select which bank you prefer to receive your payouts
Customer Support details:
Statement descriptor: www.anytimeanywork.com
Shortened descriptor: ANY
Customer Support Phone Number: 86788228 and click "Continue"
Review all your details at the final page and ensure everything is accurate, then click submit.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
You will receive your payments every 7 calendar days.
For example: If you work on the 1st of January, you should expect to receive your payout in your bank by 8th of January. If you work on the 15th of January, you should receive your payout by 22nd of January.

STEP 5: TURNED ON
You are all set! The app is turned "on" by default to receive jobs once you have selected your skills. You may switch off receiving jobs by clicking "+" sign form dashboard and then click the power button to switch to "off"
WHAT'S NEXT?
Sit back and relax while job finds you. Ensure that notifications are on for Anytime Work App in your Android or iOS mobile device in order to get notified with real-time job requests.
RATINGS & FEEDBACK
As we want to promote a fair system, employers can rate your performance and in turn, you may also rate your employer once job is completed.
PENALTIES
Late:
5 minutes & below
1st time: Warning given
2nd time: $5 deduction
3rd time: Account suspension for 1 month
30 minutes & below
1st time: Warning given
2nd time: $10 deduction
3rd time: Account suspension for 1 month
Beyond 60 mins will be considered as "No Show" and job will be automatically canceled.
No Show/Last minute cancellation:
1st time: Penalty fee of $10
2nd time:Penalty fee of $10 plus account suspension for 1 month
3rd time: Permanent Ban
(Last minute constitute to bookings cancelled within 48 hours or work. Cancellation within a month 2nd time: count starts from the day of your first cancellation, not on month basis. (e.g. If you cancel Jan 31 & Feb 1, you will be subject to 1 month account suspension))
